Position Overview:

We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Crew Management Centre for our Crew Management Centre. Key Responsibilities of Senior Manager, Crew Management Centre:

1. Leadership and Strategy:

  • Lead and inspire a team of team dispatchers and coordinators, fostering a lifestyle of accountability, collaboration, and non-stop improvement.
  • Develop and put into effect strategic tasks to enhance group management processes, optimizing group deployment performance and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and labor agreements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related area; superior degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in railway operations, with at least five years in a leadership role overseeing team control or associated capabilities.
  • Strong information on railway operations, group scheduling ideas, hard work of family members, and regulatory necessities within the transportation enterprise.
  • Proven music record of leadership and achievement in driving operational efficiency, fee control, and non-stop improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and hassle-solving abilities, with the potential to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the corporation.
