Role Summary:
As a Temporary Recruiter at Concentrix, you may play an important function in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to meet the business enterprise’s staffing wishes. You will collaborate with various customers to recognize hiring necessities, behavior interviews, and facilitate the hiring process. Temporary Recruiter Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Program Implementation:
- Assist in the execution and management of recruitment programs.
- Receive, display, and record resumes, behavior history checks, and manage reference assessments.
2. Interview and Selection Process:
- Conduct initial screening interviews, smartphone interviews, and face-to-face interviews.
- Provide hints to hiring managers and collaborate with stakeholders to offer competitive reimbursement programs.
3. Sourcing Candidates:
- Utilize various assets which include the internet, community businesses, and print media to supply certified applicants.
- Maintain accurate facts and reports inside the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS gear.
4. Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure adherence to neighborhood policies and rules related to hiring.
- Maintain regular requirements for all applicants and sell the organization photograph to applicants and external provider carriers.
5. Customer Experience:
- Deliver expert consumer reviews, promoting the company’s photo and preserving high moral requirements in the recruiting process.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Less than 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or a similar function.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Skills:
- Strong verbal exchange skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS gear.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and paint beneath strain in high-speed surroundings.
- Strong interest in detail and capacity to deal with exclusive statistics.
- Eagerness to analyze new technologies and develop expert relationships.
