- Client Interaction: Serve as a key point of contact for country-wide and global customers, addressing their billing and collection issues. Communicate essential financial statistics efficiently to stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Work within the Billing and Collection team to support and pressure economic strategies. Collaborate with senior-degree stakeholders and Partners to decorate economic performance and efficiency.
- Issue Resolution: Research and clear up complicated billing and collection issues. Utilize strong problem-fixing talents to deal with and mitigate monetary discrepancies.
- Communication: Provide clean and correct reports and updates in both English and French, ensuring that each stakeholder is knowledgeable and engaged.
