- Earned Value Management: Demonstrated understanding and alertness of earned price control.
- Cost & Financials: Competence in dealing with venture expenses and financials, inclusive of research, improvement, and engineering (RDE) spending, forecasting, and variance evaluation.
- Risk Management: Skills in figuring out and mitigating undertaking dangers.
