Job Summary:
The Manager of IT Performance Management at ZF is a key management function liable for overseeing and optimizing the performance of IT services and infrastructure. The function entails strategic planning, overall performance evaluation, and implementation of first-class practices to make sure the IT department helps the enterprise’s commercial enterprise goals correctly.
Key Responsibilities of Manager IT Performance Management at ZF:
1.Strategic Planning and Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategies for IT overall performance control aligned with the overall business dreams of ZF.
- Lead the IT overall performance control group, presenting path, mentorship, and expert development opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior control to outline IT overall performance desires and metrics that drive enterprise success.
2.Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Establish and keep performance tracking structures to track the performance and effectiveness of IT offerings.
- Analyze performance records to pick out trends, problems, and possibilities for improvement.
- Prepare distinct performance reports for government management, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
3.Continuous Improvement:

Qualifications, Skills,Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor’s diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related subject. A Master’s degree or applicable certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are favored.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT overall performance management or a related field.
- Proven music record of main and handling high-performing teams.
- I strongly experience performance tracking, evaluation, and reporting.
- Demonstrated achievement in enforcing continuous improvement projects inside IT surroundings.
Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong management and group control competencies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in overall performance management tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service control frameworks.
