Position Overview:
We are searching for a skilled and influenced Applications & Operations Support Analyst to enroll in our dynamic team. This role is crucial to ensuring the clean and green operation of our programs and structures, providing essential help to each inner and external stakeholder. Applications & Operations Support Analyst Responsibilities:
1. Application Support:
- Provide technical assistance for Mastercard’s programs, such as troubleshooting, problem resolution, and overall performance monitoring.
- Ensure utility availability and reliability by way of performing regular machine exams and protection sports.
- Collaborate with development groups to implement application updates and upgrades, making sure minimum disruption to operations.
- Document and talk about software changes, updates, and capability effects to relevant stakeholders.
2. Operational Support:
- Monitor and manage day-by-day operations of programs and structures, addressing any problems that get up and escalating as vital.
- Coordinate with various teams to solve operational incidents, making sure well-timed and effective answers.
- Conduct root purpose evaluation of routine problems to perceive and implement preventive measures.
- Manage utility and system backups, making sure records are integrity and availability.
3. Incident and Problem Management:
- Serve as a factor of touch for utility-associated incidents, ensuring the right logging, tracking, and resolution.
- Develop and hold incident response and escalation techniques, ensuring alignment with enterprise practices and corporation requirements.
- Identify trends and ordinary issues, recommending and imposing long-term solutions to enhance system reliability.
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Utilize monitoring gear to music software overall performance and fitness, generating reports and analytics as wanted.

5. User Support and Training:

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in application support, device administration, or a similar function, preferably inside a financial offerings or technology environment.
- Strong technical abilities, which include skill ability in SQL, and scripting languages, and familiarity with utility tracking tools.
- Excellent trouble-solving capabilities, with a proactive technique for figuring out and resolving problems.
- Strong communique abilities, with the ability to convey technical information without a doubt to each technical and non-technical stakeholder.
