We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Crew Management Centre for our Crew Management Centre. Key Responsibilities of Senior Manager, Crew Management Centre:
1. Leadership and Strategy:
- Lead and inspire a team of team dispatchers and coordinators, fostering a lifestyle of accountability, collaboration, and non-stop improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related area; superior degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in railway operations, with at least five years in a leadership role overseeing team control or associated capabilities.
- Strong information on railway operations, group scheduling ideas, hard work of family members, and regulatory necessities within the transportation enterprise.
- Proven music record of leadership and achievement in driving operational efficiency, fee control, and non-stop improvement initiatives.
