Job Summary:
We are looking for an extraordinarily professional and experienced Senior Process Safety Engineer to join our crew. Key Responsibilities of Sr Process Safety Engineer:
1. Process Safety Management:
- Lead the implementation and continuous development of the Process Safety Management (PSM) software.
- Develop, evaluate, and update process protection policies, approaches, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety policies, standards, and first-rate practices.
2. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Conduct process hazard analyses (PHA) including HAZOP, LOPA, and What-If research.
- Perform quantitative threat tests (QRA) and outcome modeling to evaluate capacity influences of manner incidents.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation techniques and motion plans.
3. Incident Investigation:
- Lead and participate in incident investigations to discover root causes and contributing factors.
- Develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence and song the implementation of these actions.

4. Safety Reviews and Audits:

7. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work intently with operations, upkeep, engineering, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) teams to integrate method protection into all components of operations.
- Communicate system protection performance and initiatives to stakeholders at all ranges.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or an associated discipline. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility for registration.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in system protection engineering inside the oil and fuel enterprise or a related subject.
- In-depth expertise in PSM principles, danger evaluation methodologies, and applicable guidelines (e.g., OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, etc.).
