Job Summary:
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Wipro Limited, you may be a key member of our HR group, liable for aligning enterprise targets with personnel and controlling specified enterprise devices. You will function as a representative to control human aid-associated issues, act as a worker champion and trade agent, and expect HR-related wishes. HR Business Partner Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnering
- Align HR Strategy: Partner with enterprise leaders to align HR strategies with enterprise dreams, ensuring that HR plans aid the organization’s objectives.
- Workforce Planning: Assist in a team of workers planning, identifying staffing wishes, and developing techniques to attract and keep skills.
- Performance Management: Implement and control overall performance appraisal strategies, making sure they force high overall performance and employee engagement.
2. Employee Relations
- Consultation and Coaching: Provide steerage and coaching to managers and employees on HR guidelines, practices, and employment law.
- Conflict Resolution: Manage and remedy complicated worker members of the family issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and execute employee engagement tasks to foster a superb painting environment and beautify employee morale.
3. Talent Management
- Talent Development: Support the identity of key skills and high-capability employees, implementing development plans and succession-making plans techniques.
- Training and Development: Coordinate and facilitate training applications to ensure employees have vital skills and expertise.
- Career Development: Assist personnel in growing career paths and provide assets for professional development.
4. Change Management
- Organizational Development: Lead and support change control initiatives, making sure powerful conversation and minimal disruption to the enterprise.
- Cultural Change: Promote and nurture Wipro’s values and tradition, ensuring alignment across all levels of the enterprise.
5. HR Operations
- Policy Implementation: Ensure HR guidelines and strategies are always implemented and observe felony requirements.
- HR Metrics: Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and suggestions for improvement to commercial enterprise leaders.
- Compensation and Benefits: Support repayment and advantages administration, making sure competitive and equitable remuneration practices.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or associated area. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) favored.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources function, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner.
Skills:
- Strong expertise in HR exceptional practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven capability to expand strong running relationships with all ranges of an enterprise.
- Demonstrated trouble-fixing and war-decision capabilities.
