Job Overview:-
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources crew. Compensation Analyst Responsibilities:-
The Compensation Analyst is an important part of the Global Compensation crew, reporting at once to the Director of Global Compensation. This role entails the complete evaluation and assessment of CGI’s compensation programs, such as salary, quick-term incentives, and various reward plans. The duties span across multiple areas along with records analysis, system control, and conversation.
Key Duties:-
1 . Support Salary and Incentive Processes:
- Assist in annual earnings evaluation cycles and incentive plan strategies.
- Collaborate with Finance for annual earnings and earnings participation plan forecasting.
2 . System Management:
- Work with the IT team to solve issues associated with reimbursement technologies.
- Assist in testing and deploying improvements or fixes for reimbursement structures.
3 . Data and Survey Analysis:
- Participate in compensation survey submissions, ensuring correct job matching, information validation, and benchmarking.
- Conduct diverse reconciliations related to repayment.
4 . Reporting and Data Integrity:
- Create, keep, and guide various reports using suitable reporting gear.
- Ensure record integrity using walking queries and studying information, taking part with essential groups to remedy troubles.
5 . Communication and Training:
- Develop communication substances, pointers, and schooling documents to aid repayment packages.
- Train colleagues and users on new approaches, functionality, and structures.
6 . Ad-hoc Projects:
- Support and collaborate on various ad-hoc tasks as wanted.
Requirements:-
Experience & Technical Skills:
- Strong talent in Microsoft Excel, which includes developing and manipulating spreadsheets.
- 2-4 years of experience in reporting and facts evaluation.
Organizational Skills:
- Ability to control conflicting priorities and work well below pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and sound judgment.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Customer-targeted, professional, and capable of interacting effectively with all tiers of employees.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is an asset.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable discipline which includes reimbursement, laptop technological know-how, data, mathematics, or economics.
Experience:
- Experience in compensation is favored but no longer obligatory.
