In this position, you’ll:
- Actively supervise ITSM Ticket queues to maintain Mean Time to Restore (MTTR).

- Identify the basic purpose of P2/P3/P4 Incidents and endorse appropriate decision moves and different activities requiring Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Serve as the first factor of contact for support of any alarm/occasion/KPI-associated issues.
- Ensure tracking with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Cloud Connect links.
- Collaborate closely with the Field Team for all subject activities (e.g., hardware failures, node unreachable issues).
- Ensure timely recovery of offerings to maintain MTTR for a terrific purchaser revels in and high carrier availability, making sure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Be proactively worried about detecting viable screw-ups to ensure incident restoration/avoidance on every occasion engaged via the Incident Manager or MS Automated Service Function.
- Perform node health exams, and backups, and troubleshoot any deviations diagnosed.
- Share details for Major Incident Reports (MIR) and Customer Service Requests (CSR) with respective teams.
- Understand the stop-to-stop community comprehensively.
Skills and Qualifications:-
- Good understanding of IP Networking Protocols which include OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, LDP, L2VPN, L3VPN, and BFD.
- An understanding of switching protocols like VLAN, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VRRP, and HSRP.
- Knowledge of telecom offerings and interfaces throughout 2G, 3G, and 4G.
- Experience with Cloud, preferably Cloud-Connect or GCP.
- Product/seller understanding of Ericsson, Nokia, Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, or F5 (at least any ).
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
- A diploma in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in the IP domain.
Key Responsibilities:-
- As an Associate Engineer – IP, your duties will include:
